We own what we operate.

A privately held group of fashion and luxury commerce companies. We take majority positions and run them ourselves, with no fixed horizon.

Thesis

Not a fund. An operator.

Most capital in this sector arrives as money and advice. Ours arrives as an operating team. We take majority ownership of fashion and luxury commerce businesses and then run them — buying, media, customer service, warehousing — with people on our own payroll.

There is no committed capital to deploy against a deadline, no fund life to manage, and no reason to sell a good business because a clock ran out. Every company in the group was bought with the intention of keeping it, and the ones we have held longest are the ones we understand best.

Integration is where the return comes from. A brand that joins the group inherits supplier terms, payment infrastructure, a shared logistics network across Europe, and a marketing team that already spends at scale. What used to be a fixed cost becomes a shared one, and margin that used to leave the business stays inside it.

Figures are group-wide, unaudited, and restated at each quarter close. Audited statements and the full list of holdings go to counterparties once an NDA is in place — we do not publish the companies we own.

Approach

What we actually do.

Acquisition

We buy majority or whole positions in profitable businesses turning over between five and fifty million a year. We do not run auctions, we do not syndicate, and we fund from the balance sheet, so a deal that makes sense can close in weeks rather than quarters.

Operations

Each company keeps its own name, its own buyer and its own point of view. What it hands over is the back office: finance, systems, supplier terms and hiring. Founders who want to stay, stay. Where a founder wants out, an operator from inside the group takes the seat.

Performance marketing

Media is bought centrally against a single contribution-margin target, across paid social, search and retention. Creative is produced in-house and tested continuously, which is what keeps acquisition cost flat while spend grows.

Logistics

We hold stock in our own facilities and ship from Europe on our own carrier contracts. Owning the fulfilment layer is slower to build than renting it, and it is the reason delivery promises hold in the fourth quarter.
