Most capital in this sector arrives as money and advice. Ours arrives as an operating team.
We take majority ownership of fashion and luxury commerce businesses and then run them —
buying, media, customer service, warehousing — with people on our own payroll.
There is no committed capital to deploy against a deadline, no fund life to manage, and no
reason to sell a good business because a clock ran out. Every company in the group was
bought with the intention of keeping it, and the ones we have held longest are the ones we
understand best.
Integration is where the return comes from. A brand that joins the group inherits supplier
terms, payment infrastructure, a shared logistics network across Europe, and a marketing
team that already spends at scale. What used to be a fixed cost becomes a shared one, and
margin that used to leave the business stays inside it.
